Our Recruitment Process
We are looking for dedicated and professional individuals that have a passion for individual care needs. While recruiting our staff, we have various stages; we screen our staff thoroughly.
We interview applicants over the phone. If satisfied, then stage 2, where they are interviewed face to face. After this stage, the required documents are requested for. The new staff then completes the induction training.
We undergo this thorough recruitment process to certify that we are recruiting the right candidate as the Nurses, Support Workers and Carers.
