Assessments Team

Registered Manager
Our Registered Manager oversees all aspects of care operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and leading by example in promoting safety, quality, and accountability across all services.

Admin and Recruitment Team
The Admin and Recruitment Team keeps our organisation running smoothly. The Recruitment Team focuses on finding and supporting the right people who are caring, reliable professionals and share our values. They handle interviews, background checks, onboarding, and training to ensure every staff member is ready to deliver quality, compassionate care. Their goal is to build a strong, dependable team that helps us provide excellent service every day.

On-Call Team
Operating 24 hours a day, our On-Call Team provides round-the-clock support to staff and service users. They respond to urgent needs and always ensure continuity of care.

IT Department
Our IT Department is the backbone of our digital innovation, managing app setups, system monitoring, and technical support. They ensure our technology enhances communication, efficiency, and service delivery across the organisation.
