Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is thorough and structured to ensure that we select the right candidates for roles such as Nurses, Support Workers, and Carers. Care Worker Recruitment Process
1. Submission of Application Form
Candidates submit a completed application form along with all required supporting documents.
2. Assessment of Care Worker
Pre-interview assessments are conducted to evaluate relevant skills and suitability.
3. Interview
Initial telephone interviews are conducted, followed by a face-to-face interview for
shortlisted candidates.
4. Vetting Process
Comprehensive checks are carried out including:
o DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
o References (one must be from the most recent employer, or a professional reference plus a character reference)
o Right to Work verification
5. Training and Induction
Successful candidates undergo full induction training to ensure they are fully prepared for their role.
6. Shadowing
New staff shadow experienced team members to gain practical experience and familiarity with our standards of care.
7. Contract and Start Date
After successful completion of training and shadowing, candidates are offered a contract and confirmed start date.
Documents Required with Application Form
- Original Passport, British Birth Certificate, or Home Office Share Code (or official letter from Home Office)
- Two Proofs of Address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, council letter)
- Two References (one must be from your last or current employer; alternatively, one professional reference and one character reference)
- Driving Licence (if applying for a driving role)
- Copies of relevant certificates and curriculum vitae
- Share Code / Right to Work documentation
submitted documents will be verified through the relevant agencies.
Candidates are required to bring original documents for verification on the day of their
assessment or interview.
